Ingredients:
Chicken, coconut milk, curry powder, saffron, salt, green chilies, Coriander leaves, onion, garlic, olive oil, some cloves
Method: Mix coconut milk, curry powder, salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, some onion and some garlic, salt and saffron in a mixer until it becomes a green source. Add some olive oil in to a wok and add the remaining garlic and onion. Wait till it becomes golden color and now add the chicken and cook the chicken in the oil for 10 minutes. Now add the green source and bring it to boiling. The chicken green curry is ready to be served……
