Potatoes Gratin

10 big potatoes

1 liter Full cream milk



Nutmeg powder

Grated cheese


Method: Peel the potatoes and slice them in to thin slices. Butter the dish and put a layer of thin potato slices, add salt, pepper and nutmeg powder then add another layer of potato slices and add salt, pepper and nutmeg powder. Repeat the same until the dish is full and finally add the milk and bake in an oven heated to 250 degree Celsius. After 1 hour add the grated cheese on the top and heat for another 5 minutes, now it is ready to be served…..
