Quiche Lorraine

Ready to be served

Ingredients:

Olive Oil
Onion
Ham or Sausages
3 eggs
Grated cheese
Salt
1 teaspoon of plan flower
300ml fresh cream
Half a cup of milk
Leeks

Ingredients for the crust
1 cup of flower
Salt
¼ cup of olive oil
¼ cup ice water

The crust

How to make the crust
Mix flower and salt. Beat olive oil and ice water with a whisk. Pour it in to the flower and mix well until it comes together. Press it to a crust in the quiche tray.
How to make the filling:
Heat a pan with olive oil. Add onion, sausages or ham, leeks and salt and make it cook for 3 minutes. Mix in a jug 3 eggs, cream, milk and cheese well.
After the mix is well cooked, put it on the crust of the quiche tray then add the egg cream and milk mix till it covers the filling and fill the tray till the top. Bake in a pre heated over of 200 C for 20 min.
It is now ready to be served.
